Kylie Jenner's Tweet saying she no longer uses Snapchat wiped more than $1billion(Sh101 billion) off the tech firm's market value.
The reality star, 20, tweeted on Wednesday: "Sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me... ugh this is so sad."
Bloomberg reports that shares of the Snapchat parent company sank 6.1 percent on Thursday, wiping out $1.3 billion in market value.
Kylie's comment came after Snapchat received a wave of criticism for an update which saw the layout of the app completely overhauled.
Over a million people signed a petition to revert the app to the old version, claiming they couldn’t understand the new layout.
